My Dr gave me 40mg and I'm 69kgs!! I was pretty wrapped with that! I've lost 1.5kgs in 4 day, side effects have been pretty good! I haven't had time to exercise yet so it may help more if I do that!!maybe see if you can get a higher dose to get you moving!!
