well today was weigh in day 2 weeks on duromine 1st week loss 2.6kg 2nd week loss 800 grams So after 2 weeks loss all up 3.4kg Bit upset with weigh in today. But have to remember its a lifestyle change and not over night. Need to drink more water And walk more .

Hello shanitlly Yes I am eating 3 small meals a day one of them being optifast shake I have started walking 4 times aweek around 40 mins but that's all I can do at the moment And I am drinking water that's all I can drink, I drink around 2 x 750 ml pump bottles a day some days a bit more.

I am on my 2 week 10 days all up and now on 40's and I have just lost 3kg. So I am thinking the same thing what am I doing wrong . I have had no side affects apart from dry mouth and loss of appetite. Any tips

2nd day today on 40 and just a dry mouth and I haven't felt like eating today so that is a plus that I didn't get on the 30s but other than that doing and feeling great .

Day 10 2 nd day on 40's and doing great apart from dry mouth still and now feeling less hungry so that's great . but no other than that I am fine :) I am still walking 30 to 40 mins a day and that is making me tired at night so I get a good night sleep. Looking forward to Tuesday weigh in...

Well I lost 2.6 kgs but my doc put me up to 40 so I started them today and just feeling tired . I really hope it gets my weigh moving . Go back next Tuesday

Well I started 40 today and nothing yet just tired but not as hungry as I was in the 30s So hopefully these work and I lose weight. I want some sort of side affects so I know it's working but on the other hand I don't lol
