Restamine. Same as Restavite. Only take half a tablet. Kicks in for me in 20 mins. I certainly have to be in bed after I brush my teeth then take the tablet.

@Beautybabe fat is not always a bad idea when it comes to "good" fat. Nuts are - good fat (omega-6 and omega-3). ;) It is also a great source of fiber and protein. :heart:

@Lylybenzzy Try this one ;) For breakfast: chia seeds with coconut milk or spinach smoothie. For lunch: cooked egg with vegetables or fruits For dinner: fish, beef, turkey or chicken with salad And make two small snacks with nuts or yogurt.
