Ok its day 5 and iv lost 4kgs but I don't know if the tablets are actually suppressing my appetite. Coz I'm hungry and its quite a battle .I slept well last night no side effects at all. Strange

Hi guys its day 2 or tablet one u could say iv been awake since 2am which is normal for me though I usually can stii fall back to sleep instead I'm formulating business plans does everyones minds run like this.
