I have always been overweight but over the past two years ,my weight is out of hand.I can't find clothes ,don't really want to go out but my work means I am with people all the time and my confidence has gone with all this weight .I am realy hoping that this works,.I have two teenage children and I want to be a better role model ,and get some weight off and start a healtier lifestyle.
