Hi, I didn't get pimples but little bumps? So like a pimple but without any thing inside. I made sure I washed / cleansed / toned my face am/pm very well and smothered it in rosehip oil at night (cold compressed) so you look like a very greasy freak, but when you wake up your skin is lovely...

Anything I shouldn't have either....

It's great, 1 jean size down... Very happy, I did get a little hard on myself as for the past 2 weeks I haven't lost a thing, haven't eaten

I weigh in monthly and wear the same clothes each time (scrubs- I'm lucky my Dr works in the same hospital as where I work and I race down at lunchtime.) I take my shoes off but have socks on. (Maybe take a thin pr of socks?)

Thanks darl, as soon as I started to see results I settled down a bit, and not be so impatient. But when it comes down to it, it's been 20 yrs off unhealthy eating and lifestyle to change and turn around. I need to remind myself that any loss is a great effort. I'm trying not to be so focused...

Yep, bought the tape, it's great fun. First weigh in after 4 weeks was 9 kgs gone Week 5 just gone and 12 kgs goooone. Love it. I sleep, I eat properly but small. I don't even go to the fridge to look anymore, I've got teenagers 16/19 so plenty of crap in the house, but I don't even crave for...
