    Duromine Week 1

I agree with craving meaning lacking something. I felt better after the baked beans and steak, and haven't craved anything since. Thumbs up.

    Duromine Week 1

I know exactly what you mean! I thought the same thing - what if i get side affects when/if I start again?! So just kept going today...:p

    Duromine Week 1

End of the first month: I've lost another 1.2kgs this week, making a total of 6.8kg over the last 4 weeks, and I am stoked with that! No exercise this week, aside from tennis, because I was just too exhausted. I also have to remember to keep my calorie intake up, but Im not doing too bad. Not...

    Duromine Week 1

Think you may have been on to something re: protein... I was craving baked beans today, of all things, and its not something Id usually eat! Steak for dinner last night, but not sure if Im not as tired today or its had a placebo effect on me?! Thanks for the suggestion! x

    Duromine Week 1

Makes sense, as Ive not eaten much in the way of protein (and some days probably still not enough full stop) Will try upping it to see if it helps - Thanks! x

    Duromine Week 1

Thanks lovely! I've been beyond exhausted the last few days So haven't got around to much exercise (except tennis Thursday and yesterday) and slept for 13 hours last night. Jeebus. What's going on!! Will try to get back into it this week if/when this tiredness leaves :o(

    Duromine Week 1

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the results. 3kg in 2 weeks is excellent too. Did you weigh in today? How did you go? x

    Duromine and Stomach Issues

Oh I'm not thirsty either (I'm not usually a big water drinker anyway) and appetite was back by day 3 or 4. Like, really back. I was starving! Portion size was so small compared to usual though, so now I just eat whenever I feel like it, as I'm still below my 1000-1200 calories a day :)

    Duromine doesn’t work

1kg is good for a weeks loss! Try not weighing yourself everyday (so hard I know!) as it will fluctuate from day to day, but over a whole week you will hopefully see the difference. I weighed 2 days ago (NOT weigh in day - naughty!) and then weighed today and weight was up 0.4kg from 2 days ago...

    Not Losing Weight on Duromine

I've had zero side affects from 30mg, but weight is still slowly shifting. I thought I'd actually gained this week, but I really just can't count. I've had my appetite back since day 3 or 4 but don't eat nearly as much. The tiredness bugs me. I want all the energy people rave about! :p

    Duromine Week 1

Well, the end of week 3 and I FORGOT TO WEIGH MYSELF! :) I've weighed a day later and to my surprise I've lost 1.2kg this week. I wasn't expecting that, as I naughtily weighed myself a few days ago and weight is up 0.4kg from that, so just assumed I'd had a gain this week, until I checked my...

    Duromine Week 1

Oh dear, sorry sweets, I didn't see this message from you! A loss is a loss I say! How's it going? x

    Duromine Day 1

I still drink plenty of coffee, and it doesn't affect me at all. I have decreased how many I have a day, but only because I sometimes feel like I just can't drink it. I have had no side affects from duromine though, so it may have something to do with that :) Good luck for your first day!

    Duromine Day 1

Id like to lose another 10-15 eventually (but Ill take whatever I can get - I have lost about 5 already but am only taking duromine for a month, so working hard on losing remainder after finishing it) I spoke with a dietician before I started and she recommended I stick to between 1000-1200...
