Today it has been one month since I started take D, can't believe how quickly time has flown by! And it has not been bad at all, lost 900 gr last week so all and all it is a 6kg loss for the month.
So last week I decided to take dairy out of my diet as much as possible, it was quite a challenge but I think I will continue to do so. Read that lots of people has a slight intolerance to diary and it also helps when hitting plateaus in weight loss. Notice that the dark circles I sometimes have around my eyes are lighter, so maybe I am bit intolerant. Will keep the cheese and cream for special occasions because honestly, how doesn’t like cheese and cream !
Have said that it does become quite a challenge to prepare meals as I have been eat a LCHF (banting) diet. This limits the foods options and one has to really go back to basics and preparation is key. What I am eating: protein (meat), low carb vegetables (no that grows under the ground as their carbs is usually high) and healthy fats. What am I not eating: cars, sugar and diary. Must say that I am feel very deprived today and just have visions of a binge eat of anything and everything full of carbs and sugar!
Believe it or not but it is only 80 days until the end of the year, ± 11 weeks. So my focus for the next 80 days is to see if I can get as close as possible to the 100kg mark. Work hard in the gym, eat clean, drink lots of water and pop my D.
