I started in Duromine 15mg two weeks ago and the first week i lost 2kg :)
second week nada. :( the first week i didn't have an appetite at all drank tons of water.but now i feel hungry throughout the day and not as thirsty as before. I started feeling normal and i dont understand it.

i tried 30mg years ago and it was just too strong for me. I took it for two days and i thought i would die. I couldn't wait for it to get out of my system. i had headaches, blurred vision, loss of concentration and just do week. swore i would never ever take them again. until i heard they also have the 15mg. was surprised that one wasn't that bad. slight headache, dry mouth and insomnia. but now i feel so normal. I don't take it weekends cause i have a glass or two of wine. so i just dont know why my weight is stuck.

Oh I weight 74kg i want to go out of the 70s. want to the ultimate weight of 65 or ill even be happy with a 68. just aslong as Im in the 60s and out of the 70 :)

The exact same thing happened to me. Try having one or two days off and then start again. I found that helped me a lot. Seemed to trick my body into thinking it was week one all over again.

This didn’t happen to me, so I am not basing my words on personal experience, but on my knowledge… First of all, Vamp Girl gave you a great advice. It does work for many people…

What I wanted to mention here is the fact that every time you start taking Duromine, it’s never the same as it was previously. While 30 mg didn’t work well for you last time, it might work well for you this time.

If your doctor has a sample pack or something similar, you might also try using 30 mg for some time and see how it works this time. If it works well, I would suggest you switch to it and leave the remaining 15 mg for the exit phase, so that you could gradually reduce the dose, which is the best way to discontinue Duromine.

However, I hope that skipping a dose works well for you and you won’t have to up the dose. Most of all, I hope you will manage to lose a good amount of weight and become a lot healthier. Best of luck!

Hi Serickey! How are you doing? Any changes in your sensations? Did you ask your doctor about the effects lowering and possible solutions?

I tried not taking it over the weekend. On Monday i took it and it worked.. :) not taking it at the moment because i have a bad flu but I'm looking forward to taking it again. I weigh my self every Wednesday so ill later update if how much I lost.

i tried taking days of the 15mg but it just didnt help. it really just stop working. i felt hungry all day and I ate too much.

I started with the 30mg this morning. took it at 6am. feel abit weazy this morning. dry mouth, light headed, slight headache.. blurred vision. Im drinking alot of water . will this get better?? any advice?

with the 15mg i lost 3 kg untill it stopped working.

I'm hoping to atleast loose 5kg. I need to get out of the 70s.

Heeeey! Welcome back! Sorry 15 mg didn’t do the job.

However, you should understand that 30 mg is more potent and the side effects can be more serious. They should subside in a couple of days, but if you get anything serious, like racing heart or sharp increase in blood pressure, you should consult a doctor.

For now, all I can tell you is to not forget about the need to drink more water and EAT! You do have to eat (healthy small balanced meals) while on Duromine, otherwise the side effects may worsen. Hope, you will get better soon and start enjoying your weight loss journey! Best of luck!

I need to ask a very stupid question. how do one count calories? i downloaded a app (myfitnessPal) but Im just dont know how calories counting works..
