So I have been on duromine for a month now. 3 weeks in I had lost 6kg but I have not weighed myself this week. I have read somewhere that there is a positive correlation between frequently weighing oneself and weight loss. I am however somewhat scared of weighing myself as I am worried that if the scales don't shift I will be discouraged. I feel my body changing though. Today I was able to put on a dress I have not worn in 6months. The running is going well- I am now in week 8 of the C25K programme and am running 28 minutes non stop. I am amazed at how much progress I have made so far. I am really proud of myself for getting this far.
