Had my weigh in this morning (started 2 weeks ago - 89.8kg) and now weight 87.5. I only lost 200gr for the past week and am very demotivated. I am on Duramine 30mg and still get hungry, even when I have just completed a meal. I have cut out bread, potatoes, milk, chocolate, sweets, coke, etc completely and dont like meat, hence I dont eat it. Can anyone please advise what I should do to loose more weight. Oh yes, and I drink about 3 litres of water a day.
