Blog entries by can't wait to start

I gave in and weighed myself today really upset at myself because even though I'm wrapped that I have lost 3 kgs if I gain instead of lose till weigh in I will be disappointed. I must make sure I keep eating well!

Day 3 on duromine 30mg felt tired but managed to go on the treadmill for an hour.I have come to the conclusion that if you don't eat enough you start to feel tired. Don't think I have drank enough water today. Tomorrow will be making sure I eat and drink more.

Day two and still feeling hungry and not energetic. Want to do exercise but honestly can't be bothered. ...

6:24Pm just had dinner...chicken and salad but couldn't finish all of it like I normally would. Feeling so tired now! Not sure if I should sleep or hold off till later. All in all pretty good day no side effects

2:14pm day one still feeling hungry not finding it hard to eat. Had some energy earlier got a little tired and now feeling normal.

Day 1 took duromine 30mg at 9:15 its 9:50 now, feeling nothing as yet. Starting weight 76kgs. So excited to finally begin my journey!
